Get Specific About Constipation
1
You’ve purchased other offers that address gut health, but nothing ever felt specific enough or included enough support. Generalized constipation advice? Name it, you’ve given it a go and it and it didn’t work. You feel like you're going crazy, but your gut instinct is telling you that there’s more to learn than what your GI doc shared with you in your 15-minute appointment. You want to address slow motility at the root and you want to look at the nitty gritty details of why you’re constipated in the first place, why poop isn’t moving through you properly, and how to get your bowels in a rhythm with specific diet and lifestyle strategies. And you want to do it while surrounded by community.
FOCUS ON MOTILITY
3
Focus on the microbiome
You want to taper off of motility agents one day and you know that in order to do that, you need a resilient, strong microbiome so you can crowd out populations of bacteria that are associated with constipation. You just don’t know what “supporting the microbiome” looks like on a daily basis, and you haven’t ventured past pro and prebiotics (helpful, sure, but only in specific circumstances). Let’s talk about the details of what you should be eating, how you should be sleeping and moving your body, and what your mindset needs to look like if you want to support your gut like never before.
FOCUS ON THE MICROBIOME

GET SPECIFIC ABOUT CONSTIPATION
1
Focus on motility
You want to eat more plants for your gut, you want to increase your fibre intake & you want to feel confident about what you put on your plate three times a day, but your constipation is getting in the way. Just thinking about eating high fibre foods makes your gut start to feel distended. You know that if you could just get things moving, you’d have an easier time adding more foods in…but you lack clarity on how to get there. You need someone to walk you through choosing the right motility agent and dose, getting your bowels in a consistent rhythm, clearing out backed up stool, and choosing the right motility supporting foods.

I used to think that I’d be constipated forever. Even my GI doctor told me I’d have to “manage my symptoms” for the rest of my life.
But as a current everyday pooper and someone who fully empties their bowels all the dang time, I can assure you that this statement is a load of [type 4] BS.
But in order to get there, I had to ditch everything I thought I knew about following a “healthy” diet & lifestyle. I had put on my big girl pants and swap “clean” eating for a microbiome + motility supporting diet, hustling hard for relaxation + rest, and food fear for an abundance and diversity mindset. And I needed a ton of support to get there.
Today, as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and constipation expert, I've helped thousands of women just like you implement practical, evidence based strategies that help them get crystal clear about how to overcome their constipation and get their life back. It's your turn, friend 💛.

It’s impossible for Roslyn to make The Poop Troop safe for all life stages and medical histories. As a general rule, if you are dealing with constipation, bloating, gas and food sensitivities, TPT will be life changing for you! Once you’ve enrolled in the membership, please speak to your doctor to ensure that everything you’re learning is safe for you to implement.
Questions inside the Slack community are limited to one per person, per day and every question must be high level. If your question is not high level, you will be asked to rephrase your question. A high level question asks for perspective, not permission. Please review the audio training in the membership that explains what a high level question is. You may ask personal health questions, but Roslyn cannot discuss topics outside of her scope of practice. This includes topics like medications/prescriptions, medical diagnoses, contraindications for supplements, details regarding structural abnormalities of the bowels or pelvic floor, colonoscopies or colonoscopy prep, etc. Questions must be within the realm of diet, lifestyle, mindset or supplement strategies for constipation. Always consult your doctor to ensure what you are adding in is safe for you.
Yes! Absolutely, there are no hard feelings here, and certainly no strings attached. Just keep in mind that if you cancel part way through a billing cycle, you will remain an active member until the end of that cycle and then you will lose access to all current and future TPT materials in Kajabi. You will also be removed from the Slack community.
Yes! You get access to all of the materials at once and that will always be the case. I do not believe in “drip” style courses when it comes to health related topics, as everyone is at a different place in their journey.
Yes! Roslyn will be the only person answering questions inside the Slack support community. She will answer questions 1-2x per day in batches on weekdays only (excluding holidays). If Roslyn misses your questions, you may re-tag her after 2 business days.
